What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions identifying a fee-for-service activity that can complement the Organization's current mission and existing services
  • A written summary of discussion and prioritized idea
  • A starter plan of recommendations and actionable next steps for implementation
  • Note: This project does not include creating a fundraising strategy to recruit donors or identify grant opportunities
What we have in place
  • We currently have financial statements and the original business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have brainstorming notes, action plan notes, a new website, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,970 , allowing us to invest in technology, invest in further education, and cover monthly expenses.

This project will provide clarity, reaffirm ideas, point out blind spots, and identify more efficient measures to focus on to increase our revenue.

  • Professional connects with the Volunteer Manager for project kick off
  • Volunteer Manager shares all relevant revenue materials and background information, including but not limited to: marketing and fundraising collateral, financials, and key service area beneficiaries
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager and discuss goals and call session timeline
